REWARDS: The rewards are established throughout the year different for each employee, but each trimester in performance evaluation if it has met the goals and objectives for the date, you will be given a day off for the next quarter. At the time of December, if the employee had a contestant growth in productivity, in meeting goals and objectives will be rewarded with a bonus of 20% of salary.

SANCTIONS: The sanctions are set equally for employees, where the failure of one of the policies of the company will make you a first wake-up call, if it becomes to incur failure a written report is held in your resume and finally if it happens again for the third time, it proceeds to the termination of the employment contract.
