°MARÍA CAMILA PINZÓN
I am eighteen years old, I am a student of fourth semester of Marketing and International Logistics at Universidad de la Sabana, I am a proactive, simple person, responsable and the i like teamwork because i learn many things and I'm always ready to accept my mistakes and improve them and thus achieve my goals and my goals.
I consider that the main objective of the Management Theory find relevant information in an organization to solve problems inside and outside is just as important when it needs to take decisions.
°DIANA QUINTERO SANDOVAL
As a nineteenth year old student on seventh semester of Marketing and International Logistics in the Universidad de la Sabana, I am a very responsable, intelligent and driven student, who enjoys share and meet different points of view and ideas; I like team work, achieving the proposed goals and succeed in projects where i am involved. I believe that well established moral statements should be very valued on a person, such as, punctuality, high level of commitment, honesty and loyalty.
I consider that Management Theory is the solid ground of the path to achieve success over the strategies focused to make a project, company, etc. profitable.
°NICOLAS RAMIREZ ROA
Student of International Business Administration at SabanaUniversity. I'm m also a business advisor at BMW and BMW Motorrad Colombia. With experience in business advising and customer management, and knowledge in operative systems such as SAP, Novasoft, Windows and CRM. I've been working since I was fifteen years old, always focused in sales and customer management, I'm a proactive person with the ability to work under pressure, I like to lead different projects always with an appropriate personal presentation and dress code, I'm looking for new challenges and to expand my knowledge every day.
°JUAN CAMILO SIERRA
Student of fourth semester of Administration Business management at Universidad de la Sabana, i consider that the moral principles and the teamwork are very inportant to develop my carreer, and the subjects in which we work on during it; this two are also important for me in my daily life, because the provide me another perspective of problems.
For me strategic planning is a compound of knowledge with which the manager will develop a future for the organization.
I consider that strategic planning will help me to learn and develop new ideas, new concepts, and how to apply them in an organization.
