CRM is a technology designed to attire clients’ loyalty through programmed tracking, counting with service alerts, which helps maintaining a constant and an appropriate relationship with costumers, in hopes of obtaining that faithfulness that companies expect to gain. In U-home, CRM would be used in a way that we may be able to know when our clients finish their renting contracts, in order to contact them on time so they can publish their buildings. This program could also be used to offer our services to those who are looking for a new home and to hear from their experiences.
